LEADERSHIP AND LEARNING

I've been attending a two day conference in Tacoma on leadership. Willow Creek Association puts it on and simulcasts it around the world. It's called: THE LEADERSHIP SUMMIT. Excellent and qualified speakers from all walks of life and all types of organizations. It is a very challenging and soul searching event.

We wrap it up today and once again I'm reminded of how important leadership is and how important learning is. I need to lead better and learn more. Once we thing otherwise on those two subjects, I believe, we will run into some trouble in life and or the families and companies we lead. If we as individuals can always learn to lead better and to always be learning new things, we will have a much larger impact when we input into the generation below us and our peers around us.

MTC!
